  • Light-touch guidance on staff care, resilience, or organizational well-being
  • One ad hoc consult (for board, HR, or leadership questions)

  • Bi-weekly leadership calls + tailored recommendations
  • Organizational resilience framework capacity strengthening learning plan development, or staff care roadmap
  • Manager coaching or one facilitated resilience workshop per quarter
  • Development of  up to 5 curated staff care resources/tools

Tier 3: Fractional Director

Tier 4: Embedded Partner (Fractional CWO)

  • Monthly strategy memo + implementation oversight
  • Organizational staff well-being conceptualization based on internal mechanisms (Pulse checks, employee surveys)
  • 2–3 1-hour team workshops, trainings, or facilitated sessions
  • Ongoing coaching for leaders/managers navigating high-stress contexts
     
  • Donor/partner-facing input on resilience and staff care strategy

  • Dedicated fractional C-suite presence
  • Full staff care & resilience program oversight (strategy + execution)
